1. Acceptance

By accessing ValueStock or purchasing a report or subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Disclosures and Privacy Policy.

2. What we provide

ValueStock publishes independent equity research for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice. See our Disclosures for the full disclaimer.

3. Purchases & subscriptions

Single reports are a one-time purchase granting you a personal, non-transferable licence to that report. The annual subscription grants access to all reports for the subscription period and renews annually unless cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Licence & acceptable use

Content is licensed for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share paywalled content, or use it to train models, without our written permission.

5. Refunds

Because reports are digital goods delivered immediately, single-report purchases are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong, contact us and we'll make it right at our discretion.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValueStock is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.

9. Automatic renewal

The annual subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price using your saved payment method, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We will not provide partial-period refunds on cancellation.

10. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages and for any investment loss. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your investment decisions, or your breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
